No. There's no setup fee, no minimum spend, and no long-term contract. You create an account, submit a housing request, and your employee moves in — you're billed only for completed stays.

We issue one invoice per stay directly to your finance team. Invoices are itemized by employee name, stay dates, and property. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and most corporate credit cards. Net-30 payment terms are available for accounts with 3+ completed stays.

We provide a W-9 (US entities) or W-8BEN (international entities) on request. Every stay includes an itemized receipt suitable for relocation expense reimbursements and tax filing. We can also provide a consolidated annual statement for accounting purposes.

Yes — group bookings are one of our most common use cases. We coordinate multiple employees arriving in the same city at the same time, including options for shared houses if your program prefers that. Group discount pricing applies for 5+ concurrent stays.

Extensions are handled directly through your account dashboard and are subject to host availability at the same rate. Early termination is possible with 14 days notice — the deposit is returned and remaining rent is pro-rated. Your account manager handles all of this on your behalf.

No. We accept a government-issued ID and an employer letter confirming the employee's start date and role. This is especially important for international hires and interns who don't yet have a US credit history or SSN.

We currently operate in 38 US cities including New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin, and more. If your team needs housing in a city not currently in our network, contact your account manager — we can often source vetted options within 5 business days.

We currently support CSV export, direct invoice delivery to any email or expense platform, and custom PO field mapping. Direct integrations with Workday, Concur, and Rippling are on our roadmap for Q3 2026. Contact your account manager for current integration options.
