Pleasant stay. The place is clean and honestly better than I expected for the price. Parking was a bit confusing on the first day but I figured it out. Host communicated well and the apartment was exactly as described.

I rent out the master suite in our Edwardian flat to mid-term guests β interns, travel nurses, exchange students, the occasional remote worker passing through SF for a month. I live in the unit downstairs with my partner and our dog Pickle (who you'll never meet β different building entrance).
I respond to most messages within four hours during waking hours Pacific. Self check-in works any time, but I'm happy to do a quick walkthrough on day one if you're new to SF.
