What sold me on this was the kitchen — actually well-equipped, not the usual single pot and blunt knife situation. Cooked properly the whole stay. Everything else was great too. Host is responsive and the location is convenient.

I rent out the master suite in our Edwardian flat to mid-term guests — interns, travel nurses, exchange students, the occasional remote worker passing through SF for a month. I live in the unit downstairs with my partner and our dog Pickle (who you'll never meet — different building entrance).
